Head of Senior School

You will be looking after students from Year 7 upwards.

12 – 16 hours per week, some regular evening & weekend working as part of a rota.

You will have responsibility with your respective students and families to build and strengthen relationships, through strong written, verbal and face to face communication, holding meetings with students and families as necessary, working on strategies to improve retention, running reports, record keeping, monitoring attendance and planning events.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and somebody who can be truly collaborative and work comfortably as part of a high functioning team. This role will crucially need to work closely together in developing a high quality student experience.
